Our Policies

Payment Methods: Via PayPal we accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover.  You don't need to have a PayPal account, just fill in your credit card information once you get to the PayPal payment page where you will be able to make your purchase

Turnaround: Please allow 2-4 working days (weekdays) for your order to be processed and then shipped.

Returns: Due to the nature of skin care items, we cannot accept returns on perfume oils, soap bars, any liquids such as creams and lotions for any reason. We will accept returns on the candles and travel soaps provided that they have not been used and are in saleable condition.  We will facilitate an exchange on the sale price of the items, less a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail Or Parcel Post.  Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take up to one full week to reach you.  Parcel Post may take 5-12 days. USPS  flat rate boxes are $10.75 and $14.50. You can expect a PayPal credit for overpayment greater than $1.  We ship to the shipping address designated by you in your PayPal payment. You can change the "ship to" address if you need to in PayPal when you are making payment for your purchase. If there could be any possible confusion about the shipping address, please let us know.  

Damaged or Missing Orders: For any damaged shipment please contact us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive it and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement.
BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Invoices: We won't send printed invoices on most orders in an effort to use less paper. We will be happy to provide one upon request.

Allergy Warnings: Please read our ingredients labels/lists carefully before purchasing if you have skin sensitivities or allergies.  We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.  The statements in this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. The products that are offered in this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We use nut oils.
